Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Samarya.net

Effective Date: July 18, 2013

At Samarya.net, we strive to provide high-quality coaching and consulting services in Personal Branding, Career Coaching, Business Coaching, and Personal Development Coaching. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Coaching Sessions and Packages

  • Single Sessions: Refunds for single coaching sessions are available if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. If you cancel less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before your session, you will not receive a refund; however, you may reschedule your session once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • Coaching Packages: Refunds for unused sessions in a prepaid package are available if requested within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one session has been used. After 14 days or if more than one session has been used, refunds will not be issued. Unused sessions may be rescheduled or transferred to another person upon request.

2. Workshops, Group Programs, and Events

  • Refunds for workshops, group programs, or special events are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future event or another participant, subject to availability.

3. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

  • If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”), the session will be considered used and is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

  • If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended or refunded.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you experience an emergency or extenuating situation, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@samarya.net. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@samarya.net with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days upon approval.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable resources, and completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • Any third-party processing fees are non-refundable.

7. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
